Bonnie Blue says she has given birth to her first child, but her own admission that she faked a pregnancy just five months earlier has left much of the internet unconvinced. The 27-year-old adult content creator, whose real name is Tia Billinger, announced the birth on Instagram on Saturday, 29 August 2026.

It follows a chaotic year in which she first claimed to be pregnant, then confessed the bump was silicone, then insisted a second pregnancy was genuine. Given her track record of manufactured controversy, the announcement has reignited a single question among her followers: is this one real?

From 'Breeding Mission' To Fake Bump

Blue's pregnancy saga began in February 2026, when she said she had conceived during a so-called 'breeding mission', an event in which she claimed to have had unprotected sex with 400 men and taken DNA samples from each participant in case paternity ever needed confirming.

By June, she was defending plans to keep working throughout the pregnancy, telling followers that pregnant women were a fetish for many of her clients and that she intended to keep having sex on camera while expecting.

She also said she planned to turn her baby shower into a sexually themed event, prompting fresh backlash from critics who accused her of exploiting the pregnancy for content in the same way she had faked the previous one.

Throughout the second pregnancy, Blue maintained she was drawing a line between sexualising her own body and involving the unborn child. She offered no independent medical confirmation of the pregnancy beyond her own social media posts and public appearances.

Blue's Instagram announcement on 29 August featured a black-and-white video tracing the pregnancy through to labour, filmed outside the Lindo Wing at St Mary's Hospital in Paddington, London. The private maternity unit is where the Princess of Wales delivered all three of her children.

She captioned the post 'and then there were 1058 of us', a reference to the 1,057 men she claims to have had sex with during a 12-hour livestreamed challenge in January 2025, seemingly indicating the baby is a boy. The clip ended with Blue holding a blurred-out infant, and she has not disclosed the child's name or, definitively, its sex.

Her representative confirmed to Us Weekly that Blue was 'doing well' following the birth. She has said the baby arrived by caesarean section and that the due date was late October. She has described the delivery in some detail on social media, including the caesarean section and a painful recovery, but none of it has been independently verified.

Back To Work Within Days

Days after the announcement, Blue told Metro she was already producing new content for her Fansly subscribers and documenting her postpartum body.

She confirmed she intends to return to her full filming schedule within five weeks and described her work as 'very varied', pushing back on the idea that it consists only of one type of content.

She has said she will not post images of the baby publicly and is consulting lawyers over preventing paparazzi from photographing the child, while insisting she has no major safety concerns beyond needing security in public.

The identity of the baby's father remains unconfirmed. Several men who took part in Blue's 2026 'breeding mission' event have speculated publicly about paternity, but no results from any DNA test have been released, and Blue has not named the father.
