A woman has been arrested in Bradford after two young children were found stabbed to death at an address in the city. A 24-year-old woman was arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder, said the police in a statement. Inquiries are continuing and officers are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.
Officers from West Yorkshire Police were called by paramedics to an address in the Undercliffe area of the city, with reports a child had been injured.
"Officers attended the address and found two young children with stab wounds," a police spokesman said. "Both children received treatment at the scene but were pronounced dead a short time later."
Police have not not yet released any further details of the victims as they are formally establishing their identity, a spokesperson said.
