The brother of murdered former EastEnders actress Gemma McCluskie has been remanded in custody at the Old Bailey accused of her murder.
Gemma's mutilated torso was discovered afloat in a stretch of canal near Broadway Market in Hackney, east London, days after she went missing from her home a few miles away on 1 March.
Tony McCluskie, 35, has been accused of killing the 29-year-old actress, who played teenager Kerry Skinner in the BBC soap in 2001, before dumping her headless, limbless body in the Regent's Canal.
He was arrested in a raid on the house he shared with her.
Gemma was last seen at the opening of the new £650m Royal London Hospital extension in Whitechapel on 29 February.
The case continues on 18 June.
