A child porn suspect has replaced slain terrorist, Osama bin laden, in the FBI's ten most wanted fugitives list.

Eric Justin Toth, a 30-year-old former private-school teacher, is wanted for allegedly possessing and producing child pornography in Washington DC.

Toth has been indicted for child pornography after it was alleged that some pornographic images were found on a school camera that had been in Toth's possession in June 2008.

Toth also allegedly produced child pornography in Maryland, according to FBI. He has been on the run ever since a warrant for his arrest was issued in Maryland and the District of Columbia in 2008. He is said to have been to Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. The latest record on him indicated that he lived in Arizona as recently as 2009, according to the investigators.

The suspect also goes by the name David Bussone. "We have always counted on the public's support to help capture fugitives and solve cases," said Mike Kortan, assistant director of Office of Public Affairs said in a statement.

"The addition of Eric Toth to the Top Ten list illustrates how important it is to get this individual off the streets and into custody," he added.

A fugitive makes to the list, if the person has a federal arrest warrant. He or she must be a real threat to the society - someone with the capacity to do continued harm even if they are on the run, according to a BBC report.

The FBI agents believe that a nationwide publicity will help them find or capture the fugitive.

Once the wanted person is captured, killed, die or if they are no longer considered a threat, their names will be removed from the list.

Eric Toth has replaced bin Laden 11 months after he was killed in Abbottabad, Pakistan.
