The 67th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards took place last night (20 September) at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. As usual, before the statuettes could be handed out to the pick of this year's TV shows and stars, the more important matter of walking the red carpet took place, with many of the nominees, and a few hangers on, dazzling in their finest threads.

Orange Is The New Black's Uzo Aduba, who plays Suzanne "Crazy Eyes" Warren in the hit Netflix series, won her second Emmy for the role. Wearing a two-tone dress from designer Jonathan Cohen, she gave an emotional speech thanking both her sister Chioma and OITNB creator Jenji Kohan.

Lonely Island member Andy Samberg, pictured on the red carpet with wife Joanna Newsom, took hosting duties for the evening's festivities. At one point he gave out a functioning HBO Go password live on air (username: khaleesifan3@emmyhost.com. Password: password1), but as of press time the account had been closed down due to "too many accounts logging on at once".

Empire star Taraji P Henson, nominated for best lead actress as well as presenting one award, dazzled in her Alexander Wang number, while Parks And Recreations star Aubrey Plaza wore a split-leg Alexandre Vauthier piece.
