Law Roach has admitted he deliberately lies when asked about Zendaya's marriage to Tom Holland, revealing that his conflicting claims about the couple's private life are part of an intentional effort to protect his longtime friend from intrusive questions.

The celebrity stylist, who has worked with Zendaya for more than a decade, said he plans to continue giving different answers whenever he is pressed about whether the Euphoria star and Holland are married, insisting outsiders do not have the 'right' to know her personal business.

Roach Says Don't Take His Answers at Face Value

Speaking on the Outlaws with TS Madison podcast, Roach was asked whether Zendaya had given him any 'grief' after he previously appeared to confirm details about her marriage to Holland.

'She thought it was funny,' Roach said. 'I'm still slightly spilling the tea about the wedding. You don't know if that lady married or not.'

He then explained why his answers about Zendaya and Holland should not necessarily be taken at face value.

'Because the thing about it is, stop asking me about somebody who I love's personal business,' Roach said. 'You don't have the right or the allowance or the agency to ask me questions about that lady's personal business.'

'So, every time you ask me, I'm going to tell your ass something different,' he added.

Why Law Roach Keeps Changing the Wedding Story

Roach's comments help explain why he has offered conflicting accounts about the Zendaya and Tom Holland wedding.

At the Actor Awards in March, Roach appeared to confirm that the couple's wedding had already happened. However, at the 2026 Emmy Awards, he changed his account and said he had 'actually lied' about the marriage.

His latest comments suggest the contradictions are deliberate rather than reliable confirmation or denial of Zendaya's marital status.

Roach said his approach is simple when people ask questions beyond Zendaya's work and wellbeing, explaining that he does not believe he has permission to disclose details about her private life.

Roach may be determined to keep people guessing, but other signs and reports have pointed towards Zendaya and Holland having married.

The couple have been spotted wearing rings associated with marriage, while Holland has publicly referred to Zendaya as 'my wife.'

PEOPLE also reported that the couple hosted a wedding celebration in Surrey, England, on 4 August after privately marrying. The report cited a source who said the celebration followed an earlier private ceremony.

Zendaya and Holland have largely kept their relationship away from public scrutiny since confirming their romance in 2021. The pair first met while working together on the Spider-Man films and have continued appearing alongside each other professionally.

Roach's admission means his own statements about the wedding cannot necessarily be treated as independent confirmation either way, since he has now explicitly said he gives different answers on purpose.

Roach also used the podcast appearance to discuss why he remains fiercely protective of Zendaya after more than a decade working together. He praised the actress for allowing him to remain authentic even as she became one of Hollywood's most prominent stars.

'The great thing about her is that she has become one of the biggest movie stars in the world and she never ever tries to make me be something I'm not,' Roach said.

He added that Zendaya 'never ever ever ever tries to change me,' despite the attention surrounding both of their careers. Roach also described their professional relationship as inseparable, saying those who choose to work with Zendaya understand that he remains part of the package.

'Anybody that does business with her already know, you get her, you get me,' he said.
