Evergreen Giggs Drops Contract Hint

Manchester United midfielder Ryan Giggs has dropped the biggest hint yet that he is ready to extend his remarkable Old Trafford career for another year.

Giggs rolled back the years with yet another vintage display at Craven Cottage on Wednesday night, when the most decorated player in Manchester United's rich history scored for the 20<sup>th consecutive Premier League season.

The 38-year-old is on a rolling one-year contract and the Welshman suggests he will shortly sit down with Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson in order to determine his future at Old Trafford.

Giggs claims he is enjoying his football as much as ever and given his continued importance to Manchester United, a new deal will almost certainly be forthcoming.

"It's almost that time when I'll sit down with the manager and see what his plans are [for the future] and I'll see how I'm feeling." The Manchester United hero told the club's official website.

"At the moment I feel really good and I'm enjoying things more than ever, so we'll just have to wait and see."

Giggs made his league debut for Manchester United on 2 March 1991 and has since amassed 12 Premier League titles, four FA Cups and two Champions League wins.
