After failing to win the Canadian Grand Prix earlier this month, Mercedes will be hoping their drivers will bounce back in the 2014 Austrian Grand Prix at the Red Bull Ring. The Formula 1 returns to Austria for the first time since Michael Schumacher won with his Ferrari in 2003.

Driver's Championship Review

Despite failing to win the Canadian Grand Prix, Mercedes driver Nico Rosberg is still leading the driver's championship table with 140 points after the German came second in the last race. His teammate Lewis Hamilton is second in the table, trailing by 22 points.

With a win in Canada, Red Bull's Daniel Ricciardo is third with 79 points, leading fourth place Fernando Alonso of Ferrari by 10 points. Defending champion Sebastian Vettel is fifth with 60 points.

With an impressive performance this season by both Rosberg and Hamilton, Mercedes are on top of the constructor's table with 258 points. Red Bull are second with 139 points and Ferrari are third in the table with 87 points.
