Sofia Vergara once again proves why she is one of the sexiest women on television as she poses completely nude for Women's Health Magazine's 'naked issue'. In the magazine's first-ever global issue, the actress has flaunted her hourglass figure in her birthday suit.

But the magazine has been accused by fans of touching up the actress' sultry images. "It's called air brushing," one fan commented on the cover page shared on the magazine's Instagram account. While Vergara claims to have been blessed with a natural body, some believe her boobs are fake.

"Great more fake boobs and lipo nose job filler, blah blah, show me something naturally beautiful," a social media user said. "There is no denying she is a beautiful woman and looks amazing for her age, but how about a naturally beautiful one, someone that has less than 75% of cosmetic surgery," added another.

However, the curvaceous Modern Family actress says she was born with heavy breasts which often obstruct her fitness regime. "I wish I could be a little more athletic, but when you're born with these gigantic boobs... I've had them since I was 13, and then they got bigger when I was pregnant and had the baby," she told Women's Health.

In her entire glam career, the highest paid TV actress has posed naked only on two occasions. Apart from the nude cover page of the magazine, she reportedly shed her clothes for a shower scene for Karl Urban's upcoming film Bent. However, Vergara says she is not too comfortable to bare her body on camera. "I can barely cover my boobs with two arms — I'm a 32-triple-D! My boobs are real, and I had a baby. If I grab them, I can't even cover the nipple!"

The Hot Pursuit actress said she wants to age with dignity and was hesitant to do the nude scenes and photoshoot. "I told [my rep], 'I'm going to be 45 years old! Stop putting me in naked things! Let me age with dignity!' People say, 'Oh, you look like you're in your twenties.' Well, it's not true. Our skin is different. I had never thought of the word pore, then I'm like, 'Sh-t! What do I do with these? Here's a woman, 45, being able to show her body. It's not like before, when it was just young girls."

Vergara says husband Joe Manganiello is her inspiration when it comes to fitness and health but she never likes working out. "It's like torture for me," Sofia tells the magazine regarding her regular fitness routine. "I'm in a bad mood two hours before, I'm in a bad mood while I'm doing it, I'm in a bad mood at the end because I have to schedule the next class."

However, she also has limitations while hitting the gym. "I don't know if I'm strong. I have bad knees and very thin bones; I can barely do a pushup," she added.
