The Financial Services Authority's chiefs will give evidence to the Parliamentary Commission on Banking Standards about the latest spate of banking scandals and how the new dual regulatory system is placed to prevent and monitor similar events.

Martin Wheatley, managing Director at the FSA and CEO Designate at the Financial Conduct Authority when the UK watchdog splits into two on 1 April this year, will answer questions from the PCBS.

Lord Turner, executive Chairman at the FSA will also provide evidence.
