In a surprising twist for fans and digital enthusiasts alike, model and media personality Katie Price has unveiled her very own 'digital twin.'

Named Jordan, this virtual counterpart is bringing fans' wildest dreams to life, performing 'spicy' scenarios online that are as imaginative as they are risqué.

It's a bold step into the metaverse, blurring the lines between celebrity, fan interaction, and virtual reality.

Jordan: The AI Who Never Rests

She remembers your every interaction, responds to your desires, and remains online, always. This is Jordan, the AI-powered' digital twin' of former British glamour model Katie Price. For a fee, people can direct her to enact their 'uncensored dreams.'

'You couldn't get any more human. It's like looking at me years ago,' Price, who rose to prominence in the late 1990s as a peroxide-blonde tabloid model and Playboy cover star, explained to CNN. 'It's my voice. It's literally me. It's me.'

On 9 June, Price became one of many creators, celebrities, and AI-generated figures to receive digital immortality from OhChat. This eight-month-old company harnesses artificial intelligence to create highly realistic digital counterparts of well-known individuals.

OhChat's Offerings and Reach

OhChat's Instagram page and X account indicate that its users can fulfil their 'spicy fantasies' with these AI avatars. The platform has attracted 200,000 users, with the majority residing in the United States.

OhChat occupies a striking space where AI, celebrity, and fantasy converge; it's a place where intimacy is simulated and connections are monetised. This platform takes things beyond what sites like OnlyFans offer, where users pay to access adult content from creators.

This also comes amid increasing ethical concerns surrounding AI, from its impact on people's livelihoods to its influence on the formation of close relationships. The development highlights concerns about whether AI companies are doing enough to prevent the misuse of this technology.

'This creates exactly the right environment for the human to be left behind completely - while still being exploited,' Eleanor Drage, a senior research fellow at the University of Cambridge's Leverhulme Centre for the Future of Intelligence, told CNN.

OhChat: The AI-Powered Lovechild

OhChat CEO Nic Young says the platform is the 'lovechild between OnlyFans and OpenAI.' Once active, these AI avatars, like Katie Price's 'Jordan' (marketed as 'the ultimate British bombshell'), run autonomously, providing "infinite personalised content.

Subscribers can choose from tiered models: $4.99/month (£3.65/month) for unlimited texts, $9.99 (£7.31) for capped voice notes and images, or $29.99 (£21.96) for unlimited VIP interaction. Creators, including Price, receive an 80% revenue share, with OhChat retaining the remaining 20%.

'You have literally unlimited passive income without having to do anything again,' Young told CNN. 'We could use this in a really scary way, but we're using it in a really, I think, good, exciting way,' he added.

Since its October 2024 launch, OhChat has onboarded 20 creators, including Carmen Electra, with some already earning thousands monthly. Young notes, 'It takes away the opportunity cost of time. Just don't touch it at all and receive money into your bank account.'

Building a Digital Double

To create a digital twin, creators provide 30 images and speak to a bot for 30 minutes, allowing Meta's large language model to generate the replica 'within hours.' Price's avatar mimics her voice, appearance, and mannerisms, able to 'sext' users, send voice notes and images, and provide on-demand intimacy without her involvement.

Price finds her 'scarily fascinating' digital twin 'empowering,' offering a constant connection her OnlyFans cannot match: 'Obviously, I sleep, whereas she doesn't go to sleep; she's available,' Price noted.

Jordan is a 'level two' avatar, meaning sexualised chats and topless imagery, but no full nudity or simulated sex, with creators choosing their avatar's intensity level.
