Meeks is currently being held in the San Joaquin County Jail on $900,000 bail.

Speaking from jail, Meeks revealed that he learned of his newfound fame when he spoke with his wife.

"I just visited my wife and she said I blew up all over Facebook," he told News 10. "I appreciate [the attention] but I just want them to know that this is really not me. I'm not some kingpin."
