Rapper Kanye West reportedly attacked an 18-year-old man who called him a n****r.

The event occurred while West and his fiancé, Kim Kardashian were at a Beverly Hills medical building and she was swarmed by paparazzi.

The man in question apparently escorted Kardashian and helped her get into the building and was reportedly screaming screaming at the photographers.

"F**k these fa**ot-ass n****rs," he screamed.

Kardashian then politely told him not to use the "n" word, at which point he reportedly screamed back at her: "F**k you bitch. Just trying to help you. Shut up n****r lover, stupid slut," he had told her, according to TMZ.

And that's not all. A very upset Kardashian dialled West on her phone and when the racist abuser realised it was West on the other end, he apparently screamed, "F**k you N****r."

West arrived at the building, headed directly to the man and punched him in the face. A massage therapist had to intervene and stop the two men.

Following the scuffle Beverly Hills cops were called and the 18-year-old said he wanted to press charges.

"Kanye is now officially a suspect in a battery investigation and they want to interview him. We're also told the matter will be referred to the LA County DA for possible prosecution," law enforcement sources told TMZ.

Kardashian has stated that she recorded the abusive incident on tape

The Beverly Hills Police Department have confirmed these allegations and gave out a news release.

"On Monday, January 13th at approximately 12:15 PM, the Beverly Hills Police Department responded to the 8800 block of Wilshire Blvd. regarding a Misdemeanor Battery that just occurred at the location.

"The named suspect was identified as Kanye West by the victim and several witnesses. Mr. West had left the location prior to Officers arrival. As of this writing, BHPD Detectives are conducting a follow-up investigation," the release read.
