Ranbir Kapoor has allegedly told girlfriend Katrina Kaif not to visit him on the sets of Imtiaz Ali's film Tamasha in Corsica, France.
The 31-year-old actor will be working with his former girlfriend Deepika Padukone in the movie, and Kapoor apparently told Kaif not to make things awkward on set.
"Katrina resumed shooting for Bang Bang with Hrithik Roshan and has a few free days when she won't be needed on set and was thinking of spending time with her beau in France. Now those plans will have to be canned," a source told DNA.
Kapoor dated his Bachna Ae Haseeno and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani co-star Padukone from 2007 to 2009.
Kapoor recently talked about working with Padukone in an interview with Hindustan Times.
"We are mature individuals besides being great friends. We have gotten over the past. A lot has been said and written about it (their relationship) for the last seven years. (I keep getting asked) 'Is it odd to work with Deepika' or 'is it good to team up with her?' But we have already done a film together, which was successful and people really appreciated our chemistry. This was despite the fact that we were working together after our break-up," he said.
"I am very blessed that I can work with an actor like Deepika, because she adds so much to a film with her beauty, mind, talent and sheer presence. I am grateful that I'm getting an opportunity to work with her," he added.
