Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively were keeping their two daughters away from the spotlight until now. The couple's adorable little girls made their first-ever public appearance at their father's Hollywood Walk of Fame.

James, 2, and newborn daughter(whose name hasn't been revealed) were pictured with their parents as the Canadian actor Reynolds was honoured with his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Thursday (15 December).

"This is one of the rare occasions when we thought we got to bring the whole clan," Reynolds told Extra. "I'd regret it in 20 years if I didn't."

"It's not the first time she's snatched a mic out of someone's hands. When she's 20, she can happily do whatever she wants. Thirty — I'm gonna up that to 30," Reynolds said of her elder daughter James who grabbed a microphone as the family posed for photographs.

When Reynolds was honoured with his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, he thanked Lively for making "everything in my life better". Reynolds and Lively tied the knot in September 2012 after dating for a year.

"You are the best thing, the best thing that has ever happened to me — second only to this star. ...You make everything better, absolutely everything in my life better. You've made me the father of my dreams when I thought I only had fun uncle potential."

In a recent interview with GQ, Reynolds had revealed as to when their romance started.

"No, we were hanging out at this little restaurant in Tribeca that's open really late, and this song came on and I was just like, 'Want to dance?' No one was in there, so it was just totally empty. And it was just one of those moments where halfway through the dance, it was like, 'Oh, I think I just crossed a line'. And then I walked her home. And, uh, you know, I don't really need to go into what happened after that," Reynolds said.

When Reynolds was asked as to when he fell in love with Lively, he had said: "Probably after the sex."
