South Korean tech giant Samsung Electronics, after launching the 7-inch Galaxy Tab 2 earlier this month, has announced the release of another version of the 10.1-inch Tab 2, ahead of the 2012 Mobile World Congress starting Feb. 27, to be held in Barcelona, Spain.

This 10.1-inch version (Tab 2 10.1-2), according to Android Community, will be one of the first Samsung-made tablets to run on the Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0; Google's newest operating system) and TouchWiz combination. The 10.1-inch Galaxy Tab 2 is expected to be available in world markets in March after its launch in the UK.

# There is a 3 megapixel rear-facing camera and a VGA front-facing camera, with quad-band HSPA+21 Mbps connectivity.
