In this week's Sport Spotlight we preview an extraordinary weekend of sporting action, featuring Chelsea v Manchester City in the Premier League, Murray v Djokovic in the Australian Open final and Seattle Seahawks v New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLIX.

Chelsea v Manchester City

It's a top of the table clash this weekend as leaders Chelsea play at home to reigning champions Manchester City.

Both sides suffered shock defeats to lower league opposition in the FA Cup last week, and will be looking to bounce back with what would be a crucial victory in the Premier League title race.

But Chelsea will be without Diego Costa and Cesc Fabregas through suspension and injury respectively, whilst City are still missing Yaya Toure and Wilfried Bony, who are away on duty for Ivory Coast in the Africa Cup of Nations.

Australian Open final

Andy Murray will take on Novak Djokovic in the 2015 Australian Open final, the fifth time they have met in a Grand Slam final and third time down under.

Murray is the form player after impressive wins over Dimitrov, Kyrgios and and Berdych on his route to the final, whilst world number one Djokovic will still be the favourite due to his four previous championships in Australia.

Superbowl XLIX

The Seattle Seahawks face the New England Patriots in Superbowl 2015, scheduled to be played at the University of Phoenix stadium in Glendale, Arizona.

The Seahawks will be looking to use their defensive resilience to win a second successive Superbowl, whilst the Tom Brady-led Patriots will be hoping to get over the 'deflate-gate' scandal and secure a title for the first time in 10 years.
