Tottenham Hotspur take on Aston Villa in the final game of the season with the Spurs needing one more point to secure a Europa League spot.

Where to Watch Live

Kick-off is set for 3pm BST. Live coverage will be available on Sky Sports 3 and Sky Sports 3 HD.

Overview

Tottenham need only a point to secure a Europa league position for the fourth year in succession, having failed to topple arch rivals Arsenal from their pedestal.

With Chairman Daniel Levy searching for a new manager, this can also be Tim Sherwood's final game in charge of the Spurs, having taken over from Andre Villas-Boas, who was sacked midway through the season.

The Spurs are currently 10 points behind the Gunners who have secured a fourth place finish and need to avoid defeat to book their place in Europe. A loss will allow Manchester United to swoop in for sixth with a win over Southampton, having a superior goal difference against their north London rivals.

Tottenham come into the game on the back of a 2-0 loss to West Ham at Upton Park and will be desperate to come back and give Sherwood a fitting send-off.

Meanwhile, Aston Villa, who have already pulled off upsets against all the teams in the top four this season, will be looking to extend their good run against the top teams. They come into the game on the back of a 4-0 drubbing against Manchester City at the Etihad and having beaten relegation, will be desperate to end the season on a high.

What the Managers Say

Tim Sherwood: "People will always judge on what I've come in and done. You're absolutely right, it's imperative to have a pre-season and bed your ideas in. And also I'm doing it with a lot of uncertainty around my future. If you have a supply teacher who comes into your school, sometimes they're not treated with the respect that a headmaster is."

Paul Lambert: "It's punching you right in the face. Any club that wins a European Cup and has won leagues before and got a massive fanbase should never be in this position."
