U.S. Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew called a news conference alongside Mexican Finance Minister Luis Videgaray on Tuesday (March 18) in Mexico City, telling media the United States would consider further sanctions against Russia if it does not "de-escalate" tensions with Ukraine.
