UFC 205: Watch promo video featuring Conor McGregor, Eddie Alvarez and others ahead of historic debut in NYC

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) released the promotional video for the UFC 205, which will see featherweight champion Conor McGregor taking on lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez for the lightweight title at Madison Square Garden, New York on 12 November.

McGregor has the chance to become the first UFC fighter to hold two UFC titles, if he manages to beat the 32-year-old American. The event will debut in New York as the last fight held in the state was at the UFC 7 in Buffalo in 1995.

The clash between the Irish fighter and Alvarez will not be the only title clash as there are two other fights scheduled for the main event on 12 November. Tyron Woodley will face Stephen Thompson for the welterweight title, while the strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk will defend her title against Karolina Kowalkiewicz.

However, the bout between McGregor and Alvarez is set to make headlines ahead of the historic fight between the duo at Madison Square Garden in two weeks' time.
