A 46-year-old woman, who claims to have psychic powers, has made an extraordinary statement. Stephany Cohen says she has had consensual sexual encounters with aliens and has experienced orgasms when they visit her.

Speaking to ITV1's This Morning hosts Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield, Cohen explained: "My group, I call them Team Spirit, and we have a UFO, a flying saucer, we go off to planets within our own solar system but also to way out in the solar system. It happens in my mind as it happens when my physical body is asleep. My spirit will then leave."

In a fairly detailed account, Cohen also rubbished suggestions she may simply have been dreaming, stating most people would be afraid if they were to actually meet an alien.

Her experiences, during which she says she travels the solar system in a spaceship, include meetings and sexual encounters with a variety of alien species. These include the popular Greys (a visualisation of alien species made popular by Hollywood) and two other species, based on reptiles and cats.

"They are separate but they do come from the same solar system which is within the Canis Major. From the different planets within the Canis Major system. When you look up at the stars at night, that's how prolific life on other planets is," Cohen explained.

There is also an octopus involved - Ian the Octopus Man.

"He stays quite close to me. Like a spirit boyfriend, well not a boyfriend. A good spirit friend. He happens to be from the octopus race," she said, adding, "All of them indulge in sex, but particularly the cat people are extremely, highly charged sexually and its part of the cat people culture."

A report in The Sun quotes Professor Chris French, who specialises in the psychology of paranormal beliefs and experiences, as being sceptical about Cohen's claims.

"The orgasms are a very physical event, we won't choose to, but one could actually observe that. There are alternative explanations. There is Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder, it's quite rare, and people don't find it very enjoyable, but good luck to Stephany and she actually seems to enjoy the whole experience," he said.
