WWE Raw results: Roman Reigns squares off against Rusev ahead of their title fight at SummerSlam

WWE fans got to witness some exciting matches during the latest episode of Monday Night Raw aired from American Bank Center Arena in Corpus Christi, Texas, on 15 August. The main card of the event saw Roman Reigns square off against Rusev in a non-title match. Another fight that kept the fans on their toes was the battle between Sheamus and Sami Zayn.

Sheamus vs Sami Zayn

The match was fiercely contested by the two wrestlers from the very beginning. In the end, Zayn came out on top with a Helluva Kick on Sheamus as he got distracted by Cesaro's ringside appearance.

Rusev vs Roman Reigns

Both the wrestlers traded blows without even waiting for the bell to ring. However, as the match progressed Reigns dominated and the end of Rusev came with a Spear. The two will go up against one another again at SummerSlam for the US championship.

The Primetime Players vs The Shining Stars

The final moments of the match saw Darren Young accidently knock down Titus O'Neil off the ring, which the latter did not take lightly. He entered the ring and carried out a Clash of the Titus and left his partner. The Shining Stars won.

Charlotte vs Alicia Fox

Charlotte carried out a Natural Selection for the win.

Golden Truth vs Dr Gallows and Dr Anderson

Dr Gallows and Dr Anderson won with the Magic Killer.

Big Cass vs Kevin Owens

When Kevin Owens and Big Cass were going at each other Chris Jericho intervenes. Big Cass wins via disqualification.

The Dudley Boyz vs The New Day

The New Day defeated The Dudley Boyz when Kofi Kingston hit Trouble In Paradise.

Jinder Mahal vs Neville

Neville wins with the Red Arrow.

Nia Jax defeated Rachel Levi.

Neville defeated Jinder Mahal.
