Manchester United's priority target Zlatan Ibrahimovic has confirmed that he will make a big announcement on Tuesday (7 June) as speculation grows regarding his imminent move to Old Trafford. Jose Mourinho is keen to bring the striker to the Premier League and has made him his top target for the summer.

According to the Guardian, the Sweden international has agreed terms with the Red Devils on a one-year deal, with the announcement set to be made ahead of his country's first game in the European Championship finals beginning in France on 10 June. The former Barcelona and Inter Milan striker, meanwhile, refused to give any indication of his future destination, despite admitting that he has already made his decision.

Ibrahimovic will be a free agent from 30 June once his contract with Paris Saint-Germain expires and will be at liberty to join the club of his choice. The striker's agent Mino Raiola had hinted that his client's next club may not be United due to offers from a number of clubs in Europe and abroad, but it looks like a deal is imminent after the striker was given permission by the Sweden manager to complete his move before the Euros.

The 34-year-old striker, who is coming off a record-breaking season with PSG, after his 50 goals in 51 appearances, helped the French club complete the league and cup double has now indicated that there will be a major announcement on Tuesday. Ibrahimovic has claimed that it will be this summer's 'big bomb'.

"There will be a big announcement on the 7th. It will be this summer's big bomb. It feels good, feels better than good. A lot will happen with this news, so hopefully you'll all enjoy," Ibrahimovic said, as quoted by ESPN FC.

However, going by the prolific striker's social media activity, the big unveiling date could be related to a film regarding the launch of Ibrahimovic's new clothing line.
