The shared DC TV universe is about to expand as the upcoming CW series, Legends Of Tomorrow, joins the current superhero show-lineup comprising Arrow season 4 and The Flash season 2. No doubt the makers will incorporate several crossovers within these three shows. Arrow star Stephen Amell was recently quizzed about the potential crossover episodes and he was more than happy to share a few details.

"It's basically one show," Amell said of Legends Of Tomorrow, The Flash, and Arrow during a recent Q&A on Facebook. "The universe now, as it exists, is basically one show." So looks like fans can expect a lot of instances where Arrow, The Flash and the Legends heroes cross paths - in addition to the traditional mid-season crossover. Amell said they just wrapped episode 7 of season 4 (directed by fight choreographer James Bamford, so expect some big action there), and were "ramping up to the crossover with The Flash." As for the upcoming CBS series Supergirl also becoming part of this shared universe, Amell said that he is game, but cautioned he doesn't know about the ins and outs of a cross-network crossover. "Nothing is ever impossible, but I certainly don't think anything is planned."

Meanwhile, the actor recently teased an image with The Flash star Grant Gustin, from the sets of Arrow. He cryptically captioned it, "Game changing scenes are fun."

Both characters are wearing black suits and they are outdoors. There's a huge possibility that the two heroes are attending a funeral - which means a major character has died! If that is indeed the case, it has to be someone who is equally close to both Oliver and Barry.
