High fashion at the Cannes Film Festival 2013 had one last night to shine - closing night for the 66th annual edition of one of the most glamorous film festivals in the world.

Argentine-born French actress Berenice Bejo, who won Best Actress for her role in Le Passe (The Past), wore a sleeveless teal-coloured lace dress by Elie Saab. She teamed that with similarly coloured suede Christian Louboutin shoes and an embroidered Elie Saab clutch.

"It is special to get a best performance prize; it is for me and I cannot imagine getting something just for me," the 36-year-old Oscar-nominated actress told reporters, "I would be nothing if there weren't other actors, the director photography, and all the members of the crew. It is as if the film is being reduced just to me and I can't envision that."

Australian-born American actress Nicole Kidman, who was a jury member at the 12-day film festival, wore a white custom-made Giorgio Armani gown with a v-neckline and gold Swarovski crystal bow detail sweeping across the bodice. She completed the look with Harry Winston jewels.

Bollywood star and fellow jury member Vidya Balan went traditional. The award-winning Indian wore a gold and black Sabyasachi dress and matched it with a handbag from the same design house.

Chinese actress Zhang Ziyi opted for a Christian Dior Spring 2013 Couture dress and finished the look with a single pink diamond Chanel Joaillerie earring and black Christian Louboutin platform peep-toes. American actress Uma Thurman looked stunning in a strapless metallic silver Atelier Versace gown.
