Second-Date Rejection Turns Ugly as Louisville Bar CCTV Shows Man Throwing Beer, Shoving And Kicking Woman

CCTV from a Louisville bar appears to show a man throwing a drink over a woman, shoving her to the ground and kicking her as she tries to stand, after what her friend says was a second-date rejection.

The footage, filmed in the outdoor seating area of Nachbar in the city's Germantown neighbourhood, was shared online by the woman's friend and has circulated widely, although it has no audio and does not show what led up to the confrontation.

The recording was taken in Nachbar's outside patio area. It has no sound and does not capture the exchange that preceded the incident.

Abbey Carbone, who posts on Facebook as Abagle Bone, said the woman met the man at the bar after knowing him for 'approximately 30 days'. She said her friend had received 'bad vibes' and wanted to 'break it off', but the patio was empty despite choosing a public setting.

The video begins with a man and woman seated at a table in the venue's outdoor area. The man is seen lifting a glass and emptying its contents over the woman's face.

She stands and reaches towards the table before he appears to push her backwards into a bench and onto the ground. As she attempts to rise, he appears to kick her.

The man later picks up a bag while the woman takes hold of a bottle. He then appears to push her down again before walking out of the camera's view.

Carbone identified the man as Nathan Seale and described the meeting as the pair's second date. Her account of the relationship, the reported rejection and the reason for the meeting have not been independently confirmed by the CCTV footage.

She also said Seale had been banned from the venue and that other nearby bars and restaurants had been warned about the alleged behaviour.
