A video of President-elect Donald Trump that was prevented from being released before Election Day in the US has emerged and shows him cursing an employee and planning to getting rid of houses that neighbour his property.

The footage shows construction of Trump's Aberdeen golf course in an episode of Donald Trump's Fabulous World of Golf aired in 2010. The reality show played on the Golf Channel from 2010 to 2011 and the footage was obtained by BuzzFeed.

"I've got four miles of f****g ocean, right? It's over there! That's the problem," Trump tells an employee whose title is "green superintendent" as he expresses his displeasure with the course designs.

"You've got to either get along, or find something that's going to make you happy. I don't know what the f**** the problem is. Get smart. Use your f****g brain Ok?"

In another clip from the show Trump talks about how he wants to remove a house that neighbours the course property. "I want to get rid of that house," Trump is heard telling an employee. "It's going to create a bit of a stir," they respond. "Who cares, who cares.! You know what? Who cares? It's our property. We can do what we want. We're trying to build the greatest course in the world. This house is ugly."

At one point residents near the course had a fence built around their home and then Trump sent them a bill for $3,500. Another family had a 15-foot-high earthen wall built on two sides of their property by Trump.

Pressure mounted on the Golf Channel to release the footage in October after an out-take from an Access Hollywood segment showed Trump talking about forcing himself on a married woman and grabbing women by their genitals.

"The episodes that aired did not contain anything newsworthy as it relates to this election," David Schaefer, vice president of communications for the Golf Channel told CNN in October. He added the channel was "unaware of any newsworthy content that did not make air."
