Liam Gallagher Takes Aim at Harry Styles Over Soaring Ticket Prices: Fans Criticise Costs As Excessive and Greedy
Tickets to Harry Style' Together Together Tour slammed by fans for skyrocketing prices and Oasis' singer said it is unreasonable
Harry Styles is preparing to launch a 50-date tour starting in May in Amsterdam. The run includes an extensive 30-show residency at New York City's Madison Square Garden, which will mark his only performances in the United States.
The former One Direction star will also perform a 10-night run at Wembley Stadium in London. The Together Together tour will be his first time back on stage since Love on Tour wrapped up in 2023, a run that generated more than $600 million (£433.4 million).
Fans Shocked By Ticket Prices
Fans have eagerly anticipated Harry Styles' upcoming tour, with many already planning to attend. However, when ticket presales for his New York, London, and Amsterdam shows opened on Ticketmaster this week, the excitement quickly turned to anger and displeasure as fans reacted to prices they described as shockingly high.
Hundreds of thousands of fans queued online for the presales, only to leave furious after seeing the prices. They took to social media to criticise the ticket rates for Styles' Together Together Tour, with some threatening to boycott the shows and others branding the pricing 'pure greed'.
Liam Gallagher Hits At the Tour Pricing
As debate over Harry Styles' tour ticket prices erupted across social media, Liam Gallagher also weighed in, expressing apparent disbelief. The 53-year-old Oasis frontman posted a short 2-word response on X, writing 'HOW MUCH' in capital letters, a move widely interpreted in the digital space as shouting, anger, or emphasising a shock.
Gallagher did not directly mention Styles' Together Together Tour but the netizens who commented on his post were quick to catch on and recognised he was referring to the ex-One Direction member's shows. When someone on the thread asked him, 'What number did you get for Harry's tickets???' Liam responded, '1-20'.
Appearing to joke with fans, Gallagher also claimed he had managed to secure 20 tickets and would resell them at 10 times the original price, a remark which is a clear dig at the tour's excessively high ticket prices. He also advised everyone not to 'waste your money you'd faint upon arrival'.

How Much Are the Tickets?
Tickets went on sale on Monday and published rates were for VIP and premium tiers. Special ticket packages were also being offered for hundreds of pounds, prompting backlash from fans. The costs for the London shows range from £72.95 to as high as £725.45.
Fans have also compared the prices to Styles' previous Love On Tour, where general admission tickets were far more affordable, typically ranging from £84 to £108, with premium access costing around £189 to £190. Concert-goers have lamented that attending live performances is becoming increasingly difficult, saying only the wealthier fans can afford the concert tickets now. They also noted that, despite venues being able to hold thousands of fans per show, ticket prices remain very expensive.
Together Together Exclusive Tour Packages
Harry Styles' 2026 tour is offering three VIP ticket packages. The most expensive option costs £725.45 for the London shows and €828.62 in Amsterdam.
Included in this Together Package are general admission ticket but holders can enjoy early and priority entry on the floor. They also have access to an exclusive pre-show lounge offering light food and a drink token, and fast-pass access to the pop-up shop. They will also be given a gift pack with exclusive merchandise, a photo opportunity with a VIP backdrop, and on-site assistance from a VIP concierge team.
The KISS Package is priced at £468.45 or €533.62. It includes the same perks as the Together package. The only difference is that fans with this ticket do not have access to the VIP lounge. Lastly, the DISCO Package will cost concert-goers £333.45 or €348.62. This option has all the perks but excludes the lounge access and entrance to the fast-pass pop-up shop.
Harry Styles To Donate £1 From Every UK Tour Ticket
Whilst fans have criticised the high ticket prices, Harry Styles revealed that £1 from every UK ticket will be donated to the LIVE Trust, a charity supporting grassroots music venues across the country. The initiative is his way of giving back to the UK's live music community.
Aside from the donation, Styles is also teaming up with charitable organisations such as Choose Love, a humanitarian group that provides critical aid to refugees and displaced people around the world. The singer has been donating to this group for food, education, and shelter for a decade now. The 31-year-old superstar also partnered with Live Nation's Green Nation to lessen the tour's environmental impact.
