Marvel's Agents of Shield season finale titled Beginning of the End airs tonight (May 13) and it promises to be a Humdinger!

The episode's official synopsis reads:

"Dark secrets are revealed as Coulson and his team put everything on the line to stop Garrett and the forces of HYDRA, on the explosive season finale of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D."

Reportedly, in true Marvel-style, the episode will connect to the larger Marvel Cinematic Universe – maybe a major Avengers 2 or Guardians of the Galaxy related spoiler awaits?

You can watch live stream of the episode online by clicking here. You will need to confirm your location.

The episode will also be available to view online free of cost, the very next day, on the ABC website. You can click here to watch.

One of the highlights of the finale episode will be the introduction of Samuel L. Jackson, who will make his second appearance as Nick Fury in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. The character was killed off in Captain America: The Winter Soldier but looks like he's back from the dead.

"Between Garrett's new found super strength and the team reduced to pilfering tanks for attack, it looks like Fury's return can't come a moment too soon," reports Hypable.

Meanwhile, the promotional material for the final episode does not include even the suggestion of FitzSimmons' continued existence. The last time viewers saw Fitz and Simmons, Ward was watching them hurtle out of the Bus and into the ocean.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 1, episode 22, 'Beginning of the End' will air on Tuesday, 13 May at 8:00 pm on ABC. Check out the episode promo and sneak peeks below:
