She may be British royalty, but it looks like even Queen Elizabeth likes to indulge in some Game of Thrones marathons whilst putting her regal feet up in the castle.

The British monarch is set to visit the set of HBO's hit fantasy drama when she tours Northern Ireland later this month.

A tweet posted on the official British Monarchy account confirmed that the Queen and Prince Philip will go behind the scenes.

"As part of the visit to Northern Ireland The Queen and The Duke will tour the @GameOfThrones set in the Titanic quarter #Belfast #GoT"

Although it's not known whether she will be tempted to make a cameo, the royals will get to see where scenes for the Wall and the Eyrie are shot and might even get their hands on some season 5 spoilers.

News of the royal visit comes days after former Coronation Street star Michelle Keegan revealed she would consider getting x-rated for a role in Game of Thrones.

"I'm a huge Game Of Thrones fan. I'd obviously love a role in that," she told the Daily Star during a recent interview. "I would consider getting naked and having sex scenes if the role was right."

Game of Thrones season 5 will premiered on HBO in Spring 2015.
