Former World No 1 Roger Federer takes on Gael Monfils in the fourth round of the 2015 Roland Garros on Sunday.

Federer comes into this fixture after a comfortable victory over Damir Dzumhur in the third round. He won in straight sets 6-4, 6-3, 6-2. He has not dropped a single set so far in the tournament.

The Swiss tennis star will be looking for another straight set victory over Monfils in order to seal a berth in the last eight of the second Grand Slam of the year. Federer has won the competition once and will be looking to get his hands on the trophy for the second time.

Monfils was made to sweat to earn a victory in the third round against Pablo Cuevas. The Frenchman lost the opening set, before levelling the score by winning the second set in a tie breaker.

He lost the third set, only to seal the match by winning the next two sets. The final score was 4-6, 7-6, 3-6, 6-4, 6-3. Monfils has never defeated Federer in the French Open and will be hoping to seal his first win over the former World No 1 on Sunday.
