Ireland play Scotland at the Aviva Stadium on 19 March in the final round of fixtures in this year's Six Nations championship. Despite a resounding 58-15 thrashing of Italy last weekend, this has been a difficult tournament for the Irish.

Having relinquished their title after losses to France and England, Joe Schmidt's men will be looking to salvage their campaign with a win in Dublin. But they come up against a Scotland side in the ascendancy. A year on from their winless tournament last time around, their triumphs against Italy and France mean they have back-to-back Six Nations wins for the first time in three years.

In this video, IBTimes UK sports editor Nick Howson previews the match and gives his predictions on who will emerge victorious.

Ireland vs Scotland kicks off at 5pm GMT on 19 March. Live coverage is available on ITV One with commentary on BBC Radio 5 Live.
