Naomi Campbell is following in the footsteps of Anna Wintour and Roberta Myers after landing herself a new job as the editor-at- large for the new Russian and German editions of Interview magazine.

The British supermodel will trade in the runway for a news desk and pen for her new role at the international titles which her boyfriend, Vladislav Doronin, is publisher for.

According to reports the 41-year-old-model has hit the ground running and has already completed some question and answer sessions with some big name stars for teh magazines.

The keen new recruit has penned the introduction for the December edition of the Russian version of the magazine which features Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio on the front cover.

Campbell, 41, who has graced the pages of countless glossy magazines herself will conduct long interviews for new versions of the iconic publication as apart her new job.

Interviews Magazine's executive Chairman Bernd Runge said of her appointment: "Naomi is one of the rare personalities who is recognised throughout the world for her tremendous contribution to the fashion and creative world as well as her philanthropic contributions through Fashion For Relief," said.

The Russian edition of Interview is set to hit newsstands November 26, and German Version Interview will go on sale in January next year.
