The hot and handsome Damon Salvadore is going decades back in the 'Man of Fire' to unleash some important history about his days in the Augustine cell and during the flashback, fans will get to know more about Enzo's love life and his hidden intentions.

In The Vampire Diaries Season 5 Episode 19 episode, fans will see Damon's flashback of the 60s when he was a captive in the Augustine cell.

It is the same place where Enzo met his long lost love Maggie while in detention of the Augustine society, entertainment website tvguide.com reported.

Meanwhile, executive producer Caroline Dries teased about a dig into the gray shades of Enzo's life and a possibility of him grabbing more enemies than his share.

"We get to see Stefan and Damon for one night, but we [also] dig into Enzo's story line too," show producer Caroline Dries told TVGuide.com.

"He becomes the mini 'bad' of the season and we're figuring out his motivation for why he's in town. He's going to make a number of enemies and he won't do himself favors," she added.

Earlier in Episode 9 'The Cell,' Enzo shared his love for Maggie whom he met when she was a lab assistant to Dr. Whitmore, who would cage vampires for brutal experiments.

The vampire love triangle will continue in the episode 19 and Stefan will be seen helping Elena to get out of Damon's 'toxic' thoughts and concentrate on saving the Mystic Falls from Markos, the leader of Travellers.

Meanwhile, Bonnie will struggle to deal with the real world and the Other Side as the Anchor and the Tyler will be forced to witness a ritual by the travellers to break an ancient curse on them.

According to the show synopsis as reported by tvfanatic.com, Enzo will take a dangerous decision leading to a violent fight with Stefan.

"Damon demands the Traveler knife, forcing Jeremy and Matt to admit it has gone missing. Through flashbacks to election night, 1960, Enzo reveals to Elena, Stefan and Bonnie that he has learned what happened to his long-lost love, Maggie, and then, with the unwilling help of Liv and Luke, things take an ugly turn.

"Trying to calm Enzo down, Damon intervenes, but his words cause Enzo to make a desperate and dangerous decision that leads to a violent confrontation with Stefan," the synopsis reads.

The Vampire Diaries Season 5 Episode 19 'Man of Fire' is directed by Michael Allowitz and written by Elisabeth R. Finch & Holly Brix. The episode will air on 24 April.
