Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and wife Behati Prinsloo welcomed their first child together on Wednesday (21 September). In March, the couple confirmed that the Namibian model was pregnant and Levine shared a cute photo of his wife sporting a baby bump on Instagram.
Since then, the 37-year-old singer and the supermodel had been documenting her pregnancy by sharing photos of Prinsloo on the social media website. Recently, a heavily pregnant Prinsloo shared a photo of herself on a beach.
According to reports, the Victoria's Secret Angel gave birth to a daughter in Los Angeles surrounded by family. The newborn has been named Dusty Rose Levine.
"Everything went well and the baby is beautiful. They're a very happy couple and excited to start their family. I can tell you they make very beautiful babies together," a source told Us Weekly.
Further, Levine was seen house-hunting in Los Angeles Pacific Palisades neighbourhood and the singer has put his Beverly Hills house on sale. The singer also cancelled a concert to be with his wife during her pregnancy.
Earlier this month, Levine in a statement said: "Even when you think you've planned everything perfectly sometimes life just kinda happens. Soon Behati and I will be celebrating the birth of our first child and, as I'm sure you all understand, I need to be there but unfortunately this means some of Maroon 5's upcoming shows need to be rescheduled. I know this might present an inconvenience to our fans out there and I apologize for this. I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone in the spring."
The couple started dating in 2012 and got married in July 2014.
