Overview

Australia have already made it to the finals after winning the first three games and with the help of a bonus point, they sit on top of the table with 13 points after three matches. England are eight points behind them in second place, while India are at the bottom after two defeats.

India will be looking to win against Australia, failing to which, they will face an uphill task in the next ODI against England.

A defeat on Monday means the World Champions will need to win the sixth ODI with a bonus point and make sure the net run rate is better than that of the Three Lions. However, a win against Australia will leave MS Dhoni's side to only win the last match to qualify for the finals.

Australia, on the other hand are in fine form after they chased England's total of 303 with one ball to spare. Steven Smith, who was leading his side in George Bailey's absence was the star for the hosts as his unbeaten century helped his side achieve the target.
