Europe's top 16 football clubs will go for the pots at the 2013/14 UEFA Champions League Round of 16 draw at Nyon, Switzerland on Monday. The Premier League champions Manchester United, Europa League winners Chelsea, league leaders Arsenal and Manchester City are the four English clubs to have made it to the last 16 of the competition.

Overview

The draw on Monday will see two pots being formed. The first pot will have eight teams who have finished top of their respective groups while the remaining eight runners-up will be placed in the second spot. No team can face another club of their same group and same association.

United and Chelsea, along with Champions League holders Bayern Munich, nine-time European champions Real Madrid, last season's Champions League finalists Borussia Dortmund are the teams who have made it to the group winner's pot.

Arsenal lost the top spot to Dortmund after losing the final group stage fixture against Napoli. City came second in the group, despite their win over Bayern and the two English clubs, along with Galatasaray and AC Milan are among the teams to make it to the runners-up's pot.

The first leg will take on 18/19 and 25/26 of February while the return leg will be played on 11/12 and 18/19 of March.

Manchester United: United finished top while Bayer Leverkusen finished runners-up in Group A. David Moyes' side will not face the German outfit and will avoid Arsenal and City as they are from the same association.

Possible Opponents: Galatasaray, Olympiacos, Schalke 04, Zenit St Petersburg, AC Milan

Chelsea: The West London club made it to the Round of 16 after topping Group E ahead of Schalke. Chelsea will not face the Bundesliga outfit and also Arsenal and City as they are from the same association.

Arsenal: The Gunners were on the verge of making an exit from the group stages, only to manage a second spot behind Dortmund in Group F. Arsenal will not play the Champions League runners-up, while the draw rules will not allow them to face United and Chelsea.

Possible Opponents: Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich, Atletico Madrid, Barcelona

Manchester City: City finished second behind Bayern in Group D. The Citizens will not face English clubs United and Chelsea and will also avoid Champions League winners as they were pitted in the same group in the first round of the competition.
