Vanna Einerson's time on Season 7 of Love Island USA may have been short lived at only three days but it still gave fans plenty of time to throw brutal criticism and plastic surgery allegations at the contestant.

Einerson made her intentions clear when she joined the show as a Casa Amor girl. She immediately pursued fellow love island contestant, Ace Greene, challenging his relationship with Chelley.

She was dumped from the island three days later but her bold entrance and glamorous look was enough to get the public's attention.

The 21-year-old had fans of the show shocked at her age, accusing her of looking much older due to plastic surgery.

Einerson has since addressed the rumours and identified what surgeries she has and hasn't had.

Love Island Star Confirms Lip Filler But Denies Further Accusations

On an episode of The Viall Files, Einerson revealed the truth about her appearance.

'Duh I got my lips done, and I like my lips,' she said on yesterday's episode of the podcast.

She also admitted to having breast augmentation, but said the remaining rumours surrounding her looks are false.

'Apparently, I've been getting filler in my face since I was 14 and my mom is my injector,' she said. 'What are you guys talking about? My mom's a stay-at-home mom,' she added.

Fans had speculated that Einerson had gotten filler in her cheeks and chin.

The Salt Lake City native said that while she's always been secure with her body, the allegations had made her conscious of things she'd never noticed.

'All the things that these people were pointing out to me, I never saw in myself,' she explained. 'They were pointing out new insecurities.'

Fans Picked Apart Einerson's Face on Social Media

We all know the internet can be a brutal place and no one knows it better than Love Island stars.

With the show's premise being to bring together a group of young, attractive, single contestants, netizens are quick to analyse and critique their looks.

Fans rushed to social media upon Einerson's arrival to the villa.

'I do not want to bully this poor girl at all. She is not ugly. But those fillers are aging her SO MUCH. she is 21??' Mara C said in a TikTok post she made showing older photos of Einerson compared to photos of her inside the villa.

Commenters on her video didn't hold back with their opinions.

'I'm 21 and she looks the same age as my mum 😶,' a fan commented.

'Fr the only thing I could pay attention to was how botched her filler was,' another said.

'I genuinely hope love island is helping women see how they're perceived getting tons of filler and Botox,' said another.

One particularly harsh comment simply read, 'Madonna looks younger than her.'

Producers Issue Statement To Fans

Producers of the show have asked fans twice now this season to be respectful of contestants.

Before the episode aired on 24 June, a message flashed across the screen. 'The keyword in Love Island is... love,' it read. 'We love our fans. We love our islanders. We don't love cyberbullying, harassment or hate.'

A day later, a statement was released on the official Love Island USA's X account reminding fans to be mindful.

'Please just remember they're [contestants] real people – so let's be kind and spread the love!' the account said.
