Southampton 2-2 Leicester City
West Brom 1-0 Sunderland
Manchester City 5-1 Bournemouth

Manchester City have extended their lead at the top of the table thanks to that comfortable victory over Bournemouth - marked by a Raheem Sterling hat-trick - but Manchester United keep hot on their heels after an oustanding away win at Everton. Chelsea have recorded just their third clean sheet of the season against Aston Villa but Southampton squandered a 2-0 lead to draw with Leicester with Jamie Vardy again on the scoresheet.

Full time whistles have gone across the country/ Here's how our six games finished.

Crystal Palace 1-3 West Ham
Everton 0-3 Manchester United
Chelsea 2-0 Aston Villa
Southampton 2-2 Leicester City
West Brom 1-0 Sunderland
Manchester City 5-1 Bournemouth

An sublime dink from Dimitri Payet has sealed it for West Ham. With Palace throwing everyone forward they were simply picked off the counter.

Leicester have done it! Ranieri's side have not stopped running and it has paid off with Riyad Mahrez's pass finding Vardy who lashed his effort in at the near post.

Goal! Crystal Palace 1-3 West Ham (Dimitri Payet)

Goal! Southampton 2-2 Leicester City (Jamie Vardy)

Palace, who have played this entire second half with 10 men have finally been broken. Palace can only half clear a cross, with Carroll nodding the ball back into the box where Lazini finds space to lash what could be a winner into the back of the net.

Goal! Crystal Palace 1-2 West Ham (Lanzini)

About five minutes remaining in this afternoon's fixtures. Sunderland are chasing a late goal at West Brom while Southampton are clinging on a tad at home to Leicester.

Leicester pull one back through that man again Jamie Vardy, who positioned himself well to nod home Nathan Dyer's cross.

Goal! Southampton 2-1 Leicester City (Jamie Vardy)

Wayne Rooney's 11-month away goal drought is over. It comes from a huge error from Jagielka, who, under no pressure at the back, passed the ball straight into the path of Schneiderlin. He moves it onto Herrera who threads a perfect through ball in for Rooney who gives Howard the eyes and slots it home. It's been a strange second half where Everton have been denied twice by David de Gea, but suddenly they find themselves 3-0 down.

Goal! Everton 0-3 Manchester United (Wayne Rooney)

Two early goals in this second half. Chelsea double their lead after Diego Costa's effort took a huge deflection of Alan Hutton while Sunderland's woes have worsened with goalkeeper Costel Pantilimon dropping a Chris Brunt shot right into the path of Berahino to tap home.

Goal! West Brom 1-0 Sunderland (Saido Berahino)

Goal! Chelsea 2-0 Aston Villa (Alan Hutton OG)

One change we forgot to mention at Goodison, Jessie Lingard has come onto replace Juan Mata. A bit more pace for United to work with.

Rojo is booked after pulling down Lukaku on the edge of the box. The Belgian would have been free had he not hauled him down and taken the booking that followed.

We are back underway in all of our games. There's been a sub at Stamford Bridge where Loftus-Cheek has been replaced by Nemanja Matic. Reckon he'll last the half?

HALF TIME SCORES:

Crystal Palace 1-1 West Ham
Everton 0-2 Manchester United
Chelsea 1-0 Aston Villa
Southampton 2-0 Leicester City
West Brom 0-0 Sunderland
Manchester City 4-1 Bournemouth

Sterling concludes a superb first half in style with his third goal of the afternoon. Another mistake by Adam Federici allows Jesus Navas but his effort is blocked by the Australian goalkeeeper. Sterling is on the rebound however and drills home through the keeper's legs.

Goal! Manchester City 4-1 Bournemouth (Raheem Sterling)

Dight Gayle's afternoon is over, he's picked up his second yellow card of the afternoon.

RED CARD: Dwight Gayle (Crystal Palace)

United should be 3-0 up. Mata picked out Rooney's fine run down the inside right and unselfishly cuts the ball back to Martial just inside the box. He shoots for the bottom corner, but a slight deflection takes it back into Tim Howard's grateful arms.

Saints are cruising now. Graziano Pelle is denied by the woodwork but the former Celtic centre half is on hand to convert the rebound.

Goal! Southampton 2-0 Leicester City (Virgil van Dijk)

Oh dear, Lescott. From a simple pass out from the goalkeeper, the Villa defender is easily robbed of the ball by William who calmly squares the ball to Costa for a tap in. Chelsea lead.

Goal! Chelsea 1-0 Aston Villa (Diego Costa)

Kevin de Bruyne is something else. Showing brilliant vision, he threads a ball down the inside left for Sterling to race onto. He shimmies past two defenders before comfortably slotting past Federici for his second of the game.

Goal! Manchester City 3-1 Bournemouth (Raheem Sterling)

The goals are flying in at the minute. Bournemouth have one back through Glenn Murray, who drilled one home from 25 yards out. At Selhurst Park West Ham took the lead through Jenkinson, whose overlapping run was picked out by Victor Moses before slotting past Hennessey. The on-loan Arsenal man went from hero to zero, however, fouling Dwight Gayle in the box, allowing Cabaye to slot home and bring his side level.

Goal! Crystal Palace 1-1 West Ham (Yohan Cabaye)

Goal! Crystal Palace 0-1 West Ham (Carl Jenkinson)

Goal! Manchester City 2-1 Bournemouth (Glenn Murray)

United are flying here. Anthony Martial is clattered into by Coleman but manages to shift the ball onto the overlapping Rojo. Referee John Moss waves advantage and the Argentine defender lifts a perfect cross into the box where Herrera is screaming for the ball. He makes no mistake, nodding into the far corner past Howard.

Goal! Everton 0-2 Manchester United (Ander Herrera)

Goal! Southampton 1-0 Leicester City (Jose Fonte)

Having not scored in their last three visits to Goodison, United have the lead thanks to Morgan Schneiderlin. A United corner caused panic among the Everton defenders, allowing Smalling to chest the ball down to the Frenchman who slotted home with a cool finish.

Goal! Everton 0-1 Manchester United (Morgan Schneiderlin)

What a start for City. This one comes thanks to a helping hand from Adam Federici, whose only playing after Artur Boruc picked up a knock in the warm up. Bacary Sagna whipped a cross in the from the right that the goalkeeper could only palm into the path of Bony, who couldn't miss.

Goal! Manchesrer City 2-0 Bournemouth (Wilfried Bony)

It's a tap in Raheem Sterling at the Etihad Stadium. Kevin de Bruyne was once again involved, taking the ball down before shifting it onto Bony who teed up the former Liverpool man for his first goal in a City shirt.

Goal! Manchester City 1-0 Bournemouth (Raheem Sterling)

Ander Herrera drifts out wide and nutmegs Jagielka as he cuts inside, drawing a foul from Galloway. Early chance for United to get a cross in, but the delivery isn't great and Everton deal with it.

There will be a minute silence at Goodison Park ahead of kick off in memory of Everton legend Howard Kendell who died today aged 69.

There doesn't look to be an awful lot of pace in that United side with Memphis on the bench and Young injured but it does see Ander Herrera and Juan Mata reunited. The pair were key figures in United's best run of form last season where they tightened their grip on fourth place.

BREAKING: Baba Rahman to make his Chelsea debut at right back this afternoon with Ruben Loftus-Cheek starting in midfield.

Chelsea team to face Aston Villa: Begovic; Baba, Terry (c), Zouma, Azpilicueta; Loftus-Cheek, Ramires; Wilian, Fabregas, Pedro; Diego Costa

United team to face Everton: De Gea, Darmian, Smalling, Jones, Rojo, Schweinsteiger, Schneiderlin, Mata, Herrera, Rooney, Martial.

TEAM NEWS - Everton: Things are also looking better for Roberto Martinez, who can welcome Seamus Coleman and John Stones back into his starting XI while Tom Cleverley and Steven Pienaar are also back in contention.

TEAM NEWS - Manchester United: United come back from the international break with no major injury concerns. Wayne Rooney and Michael Carrick are fit after missing England's final two Euro 2016 qualifiers, while Ander Herrera and Marcos Rojo are both available after overcoming knocks. Bastian Schweinsteiger missed Germany's two games last week, but Louis van Gaal did not mention the World Cup-winning captain when reeling off his list of potential problems.
Ashley Young is ruled out however after picking up a knee injury in training while Paddy McNair is also unavailable.

1-0. 2-0. 3-0. In their last three meetings at Goodison Park, Everton have inflicted more and more damage on Manchester United who haven't won on the blue half of Merseyside since 2011.

On each of those occasions, the away side were thoroughly outclassed. After being torn apart by Arsenal in their last game, United desperately need to break that hoodoo, but have Everton got their number?

That's just one of six 3pm kick offs on a packed Saturday afternoon where Chelsea will attempt to halt their slide at home to Aston Villa. Manchester City, without David Silva and Sergio Aguero welcome Bournemouth to the Etihad Stadium.
