The best-selling game of the year 2013, Grand Theft Auto 5, is already more than a year old, while discerning fans of GTA 5 are busy unearthing new ways of enhancing its replay value through innumerable glitches found in every new title update from Rockstar.

In line with GTA 5's tradition, the newly released 1.16 update does not disappoint avid gamers, given its abundance of in-game glitches waiting to be exploited.

Renowned YouTube tipsters, DomisLive and iCrazyTeddy, have co-created the funny moments guide to three most insane glitches found in GTA Online via YouTube.

The Secret Hideout

First of the lot is the secret hideout inside an isolated construction building where you could take someone and kill them for fun.

Here is how you do it:

  • Just go to the earmarked location on the map (see video) and start an invite only session with your friend.
  • Now park your helicopter on the construction building's platform and get out of it.
  • Go to the catwalk and run around to the other side where you will see a ledge that holds the secret entrance to the building.
  • Just climb up this ledge and you will be inside the construction building.
  • Ask your friend to get into the building and you can kill him for fun without being noticed by fellow players or alerting the cops.
  • This is a cool trick if you want to steal some cash from your friend's inventory after some massive loot or a mission in GTA Online.

$400K Apartment Glitch Infestation

Next up in the insane glitch list is the $400K apartment infestation which allows gamers to enter the building through a glitched garage rooftop.

Here is how you do it:

  • Just drive an SUV to the apartment's garage and park it right in front of the door, so that you can climb over it and then get to garage rooftop to view the glitch in action.
  • Now walk along the garage door's rooftop and proceed forward along the front wall of the building, until you reach the far end.
  • Then you will fall down into the small ledge inside the building and if you are carrying a backpack it should get stripped off, while you find yourself on the road.
  • At this point, if one of you or your friend gets stuck inside this building then nobody (not even cops) can kill you or your friend from outside, except with the use of explosives.

Flight School Mask Glitch

Finally, the tipsters walk us through the Flight School outfit glitch wherein you will be wearing the helmet underneath some crazy mask or rather on top of it.

Here is how you do it:

  • Just go to the Ponsonbys, whose location is earmarked on the in-game mini-map (see video) and then purchase the Flight School DLC outfit or the Flight Suit.
  • Once you have made this purchase, just head over to the Strip Club.
  • Ensure that you are wearing the helmet and then hold down the Select button on the PS3 or Back button on the Xbox 360 to pull up the interaction menu.
  • Now browse through the inventory and select helmet and equip the Flight School helmet.
  • Once you enter the Strip Club, your helmet should disappear and now you can put on some mask.
  • Finally, when you leave the strip club your helmet will be back along with the mask hidden underneath it.

Tip:You could try out various combinations of the mask such as the Owl, Racoon, Valentine's Cupid or the Cat.
