WWE legend Hulk Hogan is rumoured to enter the Celebrity Big Brother house this coming summer. The wrestler, who is known to court controversies, has allegedly been offered the biggest pay by Channel 5 bosses as they want him to shake things up during the upcoming summer series.

"Hulk would be a big name for the series. He is known for being opinionated," a source told Daily Star dishing about the alleged mega-money deal that the CBB bosses have offeredto the 63-year-old wrestler.

"They think he may go for it this year after previously turning them down because of the battering his reputation took," the source added. However, a spokesperson for the reality show declined to "comment on rumoured housemates".

However, his tryst with reality TV began with his own show, Hogan Knows Best that had a successful run from 2005 to 2007.

Starring the wrestler-turned-actor along with his entire family - ex-wife Linda, daughter Brooke, and son Nick – the show went downhill after the celeb family found itself at the centre of some scandals. In 2007, Hulk's reality series was ultimately cancelled.

Apart from garnering fame on the small screen and in the ring, Hulk also has some experiences in acting. He starred opposite Sylvester Stallone in Rocky III and has a slew of other movies like 1991's Suburban Commando and 1993's Mr. Nanny to his credit.

But, his biggest success would be his wrestling career with Hulkamania being a rage during the 80s and 90s.

Things, however, went south for the wrestler when an alleged sex tape leaked in 2012 showing him in bed with another woman. In the following years, the former wrestler also lost his WWE contract for using a racist slur while ranting about his daughter, per reports.

Along with the wrestler, President Donald Trump's ex-wife Ivana is also said to have been offered a huge sum to return to the upcoming series of CBB.
