Kim Kardashian Fan Spends $30,000 on Plastic Surgery to Look Like Her Idol

Claire Leeson, a 24-year-old from Essex, was so obsessed with Kim Kardashian that she spent a whopping $30,000 on her hair extensions, breast implants, spray tans and makeup to look like her favourite star.

Appearing on UK chat show This Morning, Leeson said, "I was told every day that I was the 'ugliest thing alive' and I should kill myself."

"I found my long lost confidence after watching the diva Kim in Keeping up With the Kardashians," she added.

"When I left school, friends would tell me that I had a resemblance to Kim. I watched [Keeping Up With the Kardashians] and realised I had the same amount of siblings and that we have the same kind of arguments and things going on. I thought she was so beautiful and I really wanted to be like her."

Leeson further explained the costly process, and the number of times she had been under the knife in the last seven years, to look like her idol.

"I've had my teeth whitened, then I wanted my boobs enhanced," Leeson told ITV, adding that she had pictures of Kim and "explained to my surgeon that I wanted to look like this."

Along with those surgical procedures, she also spent thousands of dollars on spray tanning sessions, hair extensions, clothing, and makeup.

To achieve Kim's ample curves, Leeson wears underwear with silicone padding, but hopes to get implants. "...Because my bum is never going to be as big as Kim's is," she told the morning show.

Leeson, who has become an internet celebrity for her Kardashian obsession, has posted countless selfies on Instagram, where she mimics Kim. In the photos, Leeson flutters her fake eyelashes at the camera, smiles seductively as Kim, and poses provocatively like her idol.
