American actress Kristen Stewart reportedly turned down former boyfriend Robert Pattinson's invitation to meet up with him at the Coachella Music Festival 2015.

According to Hollywood Life, the 24-year-old Camp X-Ray star did not want to face the 28-year-old Remember Me actor's girlfriend, FKA twigs.

The 27-year-old singer, whose real name is Tahliah Debrett Barnett, was performing at this year's two-weekend long arts festival.

In 2012, Pattinson ended his relationship with Stewart, his Twilight co-star and girlfriend of four years, after it was confirmed that she cheated on him with British director Rupert Sanders.

Stewart and Sanders, who worked together on Snow White And The Huntsman, were photographed kissing in the Hollywood hills.

The pair had patched up their differences and started dating again, and were spotted together during the Coachella Music Festival in 2013.

However, the two broke up in May 2013 after Pattinson pulled out of his 27th birthday celebrations, which had been planned by Stewart.

"Kristen had no interest in meeting FKA. Rob actually invited Kristen to meet her at Coachella, but Kristen felt it would just be awkward," an insider told the website. "Coachella was always their thing, and it just didn't feel right for Kristen."

"[Kristen] just wanted to go and hang out and enjoy herself and the music without dealing with the drama of seeing Rob with FKA," the source added. "She would rather just keep the positive memories of Coachella and move on."
