Lady Gaga's Alternative Living Set-Up With Michael Polansky Emerges After First Baby News
The couple have not disclosed the baby's name, sex or exact birth date and have kept details of their family life private

Lady Gaga and fiancé Michael Polansky have welcomed their first child, PEOPLE has confirmed, and the couple's private life has come into focus after the new parents were photographed with their newborn in Northern California on 11 September.
The singer, 40, was seen carrying the baby in a beige sling, dressed in white sweatpants, a grey cardigan and black sunglasses, while Polansky, 42, wore a grey hoodie, black shorts and flip-flops. Gaga was also accompanied by her agent, Alexandra Trustman, as the trio kept a low profile during the outing.
The sighting came days after the birth was reported by a source, while Page Six published photographs of Gaga with the infant. It was earlier reported on 9 September that the pair were not married and remained engaged, though sources said they had been spending time in Marin County.
Neither Gaga nor Polansky has publicly announced the baby's name, sex or exact birth date, while reports about the couple's living arrangements in Northern California have not been independently confirmed.
Lady Gaga's Private Life With Michael Polansky
Their recent appearance in Northern California has renewed interest in the pair's reportedly private living arrangements, though claims that they have permanently relocated to Marin County remain unconfirmed.
Earlier reporting highlighted Gaga's former Malibu estate, which spanned 10,270 square feet and was valued at about $22.5 million (£16.7 million).

Polansky is associated with the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy, which maintains a presence in San Francisco, though the couple's current base has not been publicly disclosed.
It marks a quieter chapter after Gaga completed her Mayhem Ball tour in April, with the final show taking place at Madison Square Garden on 13 April 2026.
Since then, the singer has been described as keeping a lower profile, preparing for motherhood away from the spotlight.
Lady Gaga and Michael Polansky's Journey to Parenthood
The relationship timeline helps explain the shift. The pair first met in late 2019, went public on Instagram in February 2020 and got engaged in April 2024.
Gaga confirmed the engagement publicly at the Paris Olympics in July 2024, introducing Polansky as 'my fiancé, Michael' to France's then-prime minister, Gabriel Attal. She later said that Polansky proposed with a blade of grass, a detail that inspired her song 'Blade of Grass' on Mayhem.
In a 2025 interview, Gaga spoke openly about wanting to become a mother, saying, 'I'm excited to be a mom. I used to have a lot of apprehension about it.'
She added that the most important thing for her as a parent would be giving children 'space to discover who they are on their own.' At the 2026 Grammy Awards, Gaga thanked Polansky during her acceptance speech, telling him he was 'by my side every single day.'
Details of the baby's name, sex and exact birth date have not been released, and the couple have not issued a formal statement.
What is clear is that Lady Gaga and Michael Polansky have entered a more private chapter after welcoming their first child.
