Thames Valley Police want to speak to this man after a girl was photographed in the toilet at McDonald's Thames Valley Police

Thames Valley Police have released a CCTV image of a man they are looking for after a 13-year-old girl had her photo taken from above a toilet cubicle in McDonald's in Reading.

Detectives want to speak to the man about an exposure and voyeurism offence in the restaurant on Oxford Road on Friday (20 May).

The girl went into the toilet and while in the cubicle, heard the click of a camera phone taking a picture. She looked up and saw the top of someone's head over the cubicle wall.

Investigating officer, Det Con Alastair Bagshaw of Reading CID, said: "The victim in this case was, understandably, very upset at what had happened and the ongoing thought of where that photograph may end up is a constant concern for her and her family.

"I am keen to identify the person responsible as quickly as possible and would ask anyone that recognises him to contact me immediately. This can be done anonymously if there are any concerns."

If you have any information about the incident please call the 24-hour Thames Valley Police enquiry centre on 101.
