The White House has dismissed those rumours and maintained that he is in good health. No verified medical evidence supports the allegations.

The clip shows Trump, 80, and Melania, 56, greeting Xi, 73, and Peng Liyuan, 63, after their arrival. As Trump and Melania move along a red carpet laid out in front of the Chinese leader's plane, Trump turns towards Melania before continuing. She appears to remain slightly behind him.
