The sightings come amid wider health questions regarding Donald Trump, following photographs showing bruised hands, swollen ankles and moments where he appeared to drag or tap his right leg.

His physician disclosed in July 2025 that the President had chronic venous insufficiency, a common age-related condition that can cause blood to pool in the legs and lead to swelling. The White House described the condition as benign.

Administration officials insist Donald Trump remains in 'excellent' condition, though that hasn't stopped the web from hunting for answers about what's really lurking under those suit pants.
