Miss Universe 2015 pageant will air on 20 December on FOX Fox

The 64th annual Miss Universe beauty pageant will take place on 20 December, where 80 contestants from around the world will compete for the title during the three-hour broadcast from Las Vegas' Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. The competition starts at 7pm EST (1am BST on Monday) on FOX and the winner will be crowned at around 10pm EST.

The pageant will be hosted by Emmy winner Steve Harvey and Rush Hour 2 actress Roselyn Sanchez. "I am thrilled to be hosting this iconic event for the first time ever," Harvey said in a official statement. "It's exciting to be working with FOX, IMG and The Miss Universe Organization to make this year's Miss Universe telecast a huge success."

Speaking about the event, president of Entertainment at FOX Broadcasting Company David Madden said, "Steve Harvey is one of the funniest, most likeable personalities on TV today, and he's the perfect host for this very special evening. The combination of Steve and the talented, impressive women vying for the Miss Universe title is sure to make this a night to remember."

Emmy Award-nominated actress Niecy Nash, celebrity entertainment mogul Perez Hilton, 2012 Miss Universe Olivia Culpo and football legend Emmitt Smith will be party of the judges for the event. The three-hour event will see performances by Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter Seal and Grammy Award-winning sibling trio The Band Perry and Golden Globe and Grammy Award-nominated Charlie Puth.
