Jane The Virgin star Gina Rodriguez is adored by fans for playing the lovable character of Jane in the The CW. The actress recently took to social media to post a photo of herself in a bikini to celebrate her 33rd birthday and fans found it "inspiring".

The Instagram post features Rodriguez in a blue skimpy bikini with a lot of straps, that shows off her perfectly toned figure, and is holding a faux fur blanket to keep herself warm. Leaving her wavy brunette hair open, she keeps her look natural.

The Golden Globe winner captioned the post: "I woke up 33 with James Dean staring at me and a faux fur blanket keeping me warm. #FeelingMyOats". Gina celebrated her actual birthday with her boyfriend of one year, Joe LoCicero, who she met in the gym months after he acted in an episode of The CW show.

The post which has garnered 301,954 likes, has received a lot of appreciation from her fans. One user lauded her weight loss figure and commented: "Omg you look amazing! Really encouraging! I have hashimoto's too and it's so hard to lose weight for me now that I'm 31." Another simply noted, " she got ripped!!"

Calling her a role model for Latinas everywhere, a user wrote: "You have always been gorgeous but glad to see you working to hard to be healthy and strong and to love your body!! What a way to continue to be a role model for Latinas everywhere! We love you!"
