St Lucia Zouks led by Darren Sammy, who play their fourth consecutive match in the 2016 edition of the Caribbean Premier League, are currently placed third in the league table with eight points from seven games, winning four while losing three.

The in-form side of the tournament, the Zouks come into this clash on the back of three back-to-back comfortable wins.

Their last game against Guyana Amazon Warriors saw them chase down 160 with ease, taking just 16.2 overs to do so. West Indies opener Johnson Charles and Australian Shane Watson were the stars of the show, scoring 94* and 57* runs respectively.

With just two games to go for the Zouks outfit after this, the team management will want to win both their games in order to ensure they book a spot in the play-off stage.

Defending champions Trinbago Knight Riders have had a disappointing time so far, winning three while losing four to find themselves second from bottom in the points table.

The Trinbago outfit come into this game on the back of a 19-run loss to Jamaica Tallawahs on 18 July, which means they had seven days to recharge their batteries.

Arguably the best side in the tournament, the Trinbago team have in their line-up players of the calibre of Hashim Amla, Brendon McCullum, Colin Munro, Umar Akmal, Dwayne Bravo and Sunil Narine who can all win games on their own.

The Knight Riders have two more games to go after this and will need to win all their encounters to stand a chance of qualifying for the play-off stages.
